Can't review because my scooter is touring the country with Fedex and there is no way to contact Varla. Their phone number is not in service. Varla's contact us Submit a request form is broken and they don't list their e-mail.

I just purchased my Eagle One Pro January 17th 2023 I like it a lot this is my first time with the scooter so expecting everything that I could I before I took it for a spin I noticed the brakes were kind of hard on the front I checked the calipers couldn't find anything wrong finally I checked the lever and it didn't have any brake fluid in it scooter is easy to work on so I ordered the brake fluid kit anyway so far the scooter is great

I enjoy the scooter.
The shocks are holding up quite well really the whole thing is. I enjoy the adjustment options in the user interface. Specifically the cruise controll. The USB will come in handy for my accessories, but I do not believe it is intended to use as a charger port. I would not recommend charging a smart phone on it. I have been riding motorized scooters for 19 years and the quality for the price is acceptable for me.
Now the cons..
the quality assurance and customer service are not very consistent.
I weigh about 175 pounds and full charge on flat ground max speed 38 MPH.
My order came in two shipments scooter and one charger 4 weeks after purchase. (The charger was damaged)
4 weeks later my second charger showed up.
The spare tube was 10x2.125 (not correct for Eagle One) I found this out when I put it on.
I quickly ordered two more sets...then another set.. 3 sets of 10X2.5 in the mail finally. They arrive tomorrow 6 weeks after the first two sets were ordered.

Accessories.. the deck hook is great and I ordered a set of off road tires that were shipped the following week of order. (They have good reviews for the added traction control)
The seat in my state classifies this as a motorcycle and not a scooter. So no go for that in my state.
The bell does nothing but follows the legal minimum for safety.

Suggestions for those who enjoy teeth and their scooters. Rear view mirrors for mountain bike/scooter are awesome.
140 DB horn/LED super bright light can save you from rear ending the people that pull out Infront of you and do not speed up.
I will never leave home with out an Allan wrench and a portable air compressor for a bike ever again.
GPS trackers are not a bad idea, but a better one is keeping photos of the serial number on the hubs and the frame if anyone wants to steal it.

I got my scooter pretty fast, but still waiting for my accessories that I ordered after seven weeks. Have called many, many times and no one answers the phone or messages. Have emailed many times and also no one answers the emails either. Basically the customer support does not exist. The Eagle One scooter itself is very nice.

I have been riding the Varla eagle one scooter for 40 days now and it is amazing so far. When I first placed my order they told me that it will be shipped in 10 days, but it took a whole month to be delivered. I sent a complain about the delay and they said they will compensate me with a free gift for the inconvenience for the delay. And it's been 40 days now after I received the email about the free gift and I still didn's receive the tracking number.
In a nutshell I would say the scooter is overall great! But the customer service is really inconvenience. As a person like me who lives outside of the Varla company region, shipments and other replacement parts I am trying to buy take too much time to be delivered, always longer than expected. And that we affect the scooter negatively in the long term.

The Varla Pegasus is good commute scooter in terms of speed and battery life. I do an 11 mile commute to the city and have a little more than half the battery life. Varla can definitely make some improvements. The suspension is little wonky when hitting bumps which you definitely feel. It makes a good amount of noise while riding. Even while just pushing it yourself, you can hear it make noise. Hopefully there some improvements in the future.

I like the way the scooter looks and rides, good power too considering the price, however the brakes are awful, no matter how many hours I spend adjusting them they always rub, the the little ring to carry to scooter is cheap and both of them broke already, so it's very difficult to transfer the scooter folded now. (I provided a picture) The scooter has a really bad squeak now so that tells me they most likely didn't use any thread locker (only driven for 60 miles on street). I bought a 2nd scooter for my little brother I kind of regret having bought a 2nd one.

Got a flat. Went to change the tube, and the screws were stripped. Can's change it, no repair shop near me. Frustrating
